Role Purpose

Leading the Digital transformation across all industries, by being the digital partner of choice for Vodafone digital platforms portfolio. This role is responsible for moving Vodafone from a traditional voice and data service provider to techco; providing more comprehensive end-to-end software solutions and additional value to Vodafone customers.

Role Profile
  • Driving sales Revenue growth of Vodafone software marketplace “AppHub” to new and existing customers across all channels.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline with Sales teams to identify bottlenecks and ensure continuous growth.
  • Customer Engagement:
o Establish and maintain strong relationships customers.
o Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
o Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with our partners and internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
  • Proficient in tech solutions sales.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and their applications in various industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Qualifications

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

  • Proficient in tech solutions sales.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and their applications in various industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Must have technical/professional qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 4 years of experience in Sales.
  • Understand SME environment, trends and dynamics, build a subject matter experience in all industries managed to advise most beneficial solutions to SME base that fits customer environment.
  • Strong understanding of Vodafone portfolio, connectivity, infrastructure and integrated solutions as well as multi-discipline complex sales.
  • Excellent communication skills relationship building and C-level Engagement.
