Job Purpose

To support in Developing and implement unique acquisition & Retention plan & propositions for Twist products (TV & Sports) & supports in implementing services model in alignment with the consumer strategy, vendors roadmaps, IT, Technical and financial plans having the vision and long-term perspective that gives the organization direction. to obtain new customers for a business, product, or service. The goal is to find and attract potential customers who are likely to purchase the offering and become loyal, long-term customers. Some specific objectives of customer acquisition may include: •In flow growth by Implementing acquisition plan to acquiring new customers, businesses can increase their revenue and growth. •Assists in the analysis and development of pricing strategy for twist products Music and Games •Supports in identifying the business requirements for the pricing strategy and Systems partnering with business, products & solutions team and other cross functional teams •Implement compelling customer proposition through building up insights to achieve growth ambitions •Update, refresh and continuously improve the customer propositions •Diversifying customer base: Customer acquisition can help businesses diversify their customer base, reducing dependence on existing customers and mitigating risks. •Improving customer lifetime value: By acquiring high-value customers who are more likely to remain loyal and make repeat ssubscription, businesses can improve their overall customer lifetime value. •Building a database: Successful customer acquisition can provide businesses with a robust database of customer contact information Etisalat and non Etisalat, which can be leveraged for future marketing and sales efforts. •Implementing a referral network: Happy customers acquired through effective customer acquisition strategies can become advocates for the business and refer others, generating additional leads and revenue. •Measuring progress: Customer acquisition provides a tangible metric for measuring the success of marketing and sales efforts, allowing top management and businesses to adjust strategies accordingly.

The Digital Entertainment Acquisition & Retention offering TV & Sports supervisor will be responsible for Implementing strategies and acquisition plan to attract new customers, while also increasing revenue and profitability. This includes identifying key product strength, and implementing effective acquisition tools , and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer acquisition, as well as a deep understanding of the Digital entertainment industry and its evolving trends. Key Responsibilities: •Execute comprehensive customer acquisition strategies that align with business objectives, including market research, target market identification, and campaign planning. •Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve customer acquisition strategies and tactics. •Provide regular reporting and insights to management on customer acquisition performance, opportunities, and challenges.

Knowledge: •Clear Awareness with corporate organizational structure and departmental dependencies •Awareness of Telecommunication & Digital Entertainment players and regulatory guidelines Education: University Degree. QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

Nice to Have Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional language proficiency. Experience working in a regulated industry, such as telecommunications. Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

Prior Work Experience: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in customer acquisition, marketing, or sales, preferably in the telecommunications & Digital entertainment. Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful customer acquisition strategies that drive revenue and profitability. Strong understanding of the telecommunications & Digital Entertainment and its evolving trends, as well as the needs and preferences of customers. Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and persuasively. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and technologies, such as CRM software and marketing analytics platforms.
