The Role

Job Description

• Portfolio calibration to identify high-risk accounts.
• Segregate delinquent accounts to identify the allocation strategy to in-house and outsource teams.
• Setting collection monthly targets in terms of NPL and provisions according to year plan and seasonality.
• Leading the consumer finance business through portfolio analyses to see performance and identify the pain areas, then take the proper actions.
• Review call monitoring made by tele-calling team to enhance quality.
• Review daily productivity for in-house team and outsource agencies.
• Conduct coaching sessions for low-performance collectors.
• Review feedback for all delinquent customers to forecast month-end closing.
• Review customer requests such as clearance letters and liability letters.
• Review all collection complaints to take the proper corrective action.
• Manage the legal actions process end to end.
• Review internal and external expenses and ensure abiding by planned numbers.
• Written-off accounts hitting more than 18 months according to FRA policy.
• Manage the blocking and unblocking process for overdue credit limits.
• Finalize I-Score disputes through I-Score system.
• Provide risk head with full evaluation for credit programs and policy from a collection perspective.
• Review and amend collection policy, manual, and process when needed based on best practice.
• This role requires developing a strategic plan to achieve collection targets with strict deadlines.
