Role & Responsibilities - Growth Strategy Development: Design and implement data-driven growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Performance Marketing: Lead all paid digital marketing initiatives, including search, social, and display campaigns to optimize traffic and conversions.
- Analytics & Insights: Build and manage a comprehensive analytics framework to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Lead CRM efforts, including segmentation, personalized marketing, and A/B testing to maximize customer engagement and retention.
- SEO & Content Optimization: Oversee end-to-end SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and ensure content aligns with SEO best practices.
