Job Description: As a Social Media Specialist at La3eb, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying our brand presence, engaging with our target audience, and fostering a vibrant online community of gamers. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our brand objectives and resonate with Arabic-speaking gamers across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow our audience base.
• Create compelling content, including posts, videos, and graphics, tailored to the preferences and interests of Arabic-speaking gamers.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and conversations relevant to our audience and industry, and leverage them to inform our content strategy.
• Engage with our audience proactively, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Content Creation, and Customer Support, to ensure consistency and alignment across all communication channels.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and insights to assess the effectiveness of our campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry developments, and integrate them into our strategies as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and gaming-specific platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas and storytelling concepts.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for gaming and a genuine interest in understanding the needs, preferences, and behaviors of gamers in the Arabic-speaking market.
