Market the full range of products & service to Mint “Youth” customers and contribute effectively in achieving the Mint team budget while identifying and meeting customer needs through acting as a financial advisor to the assigned customers

Manage and increase the Mint portfolio by acquiring NTB customers and cross sell EG-Bank services and products to existing and prospective Mint customers.
Prepare a daily sales report inclusion all sales activity and call reports to share it with the assigned Supervisor
Attend the announced events conducted for the Youth periodically through participating actively and work on providing the required information, in addition to selling and cross selling all the Mint services and products.
Handle all Mint “Youth” customers’ inquiries and complains and ensure resolving them efficiently within the set TAT while updating all KYC for existing customers within the assigned portfolio and ensure that all documents related to those clients are available in order to comply to KYC and AML regulations.
Respond positively and diligently to colleagues and coordinate and communicate effectively with the Branch staff and support units to ensure that customers’ requests are processed timely and effectively
