Job Summary:

Responsible for operating more than one machine under close supervision while ensuring compliance with the set guidelines to meet production targets. Jobs at this level also coach lower level jobs on simple tasks to ensure compliance with set guidelines and SOPs. They also communicate internally with other departments such as quality and engineering to ensure the progression of work and compliance with SOPs and GMPs.


Job Description:

  • Implements the day-to-day operations of a line or machine to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and in compliance with established standards and procedures
  • Operates more than one machine while ensuring compliance with set guidelines to meet production targets
  • Assists quality and plant management in investigations and prepares incident reports when the need rises
  • Documents SAP and paper systems pertaining to manufacturing orders (Mos) and packaging standards (PSs) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Troubleshoots and investigates manufacturing issues, incidents, and reliability problems on the production line to ensure the continuity of operations
  • Communicates internally with other departments such as quality and engineering to ensure the progression of work and compliance with SOPs and GMPs

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Sterile dosage form.
  • Preferably (Cairo, Obour, New Cairo, Nasr City, Heliopolis, Badr, Zagazig, Sharqiyah, and 10th of Ramadan) residents
