Close cooperation with Group Chief Accountant and CFO. Be responsible for the monthly accounting close for IDH entity in Dublin. English at C1 level is a must....

Main Responsibilities

  • Close cooperation with Group Chief Accountant and CFO.
  • Be responsible for the monthly accounting close for IDH entity in Dublin
  • Be a subject matter expert in statutory financial reporting framework including IFRS
  • reporting.
  • Manage the day to day accounting operations including oversight of accounts payable,
  • expense processing and operational banking matters.
  • Accounts receivable support and maintenance.
  • Working on the annual group audit and fulfilling auditor requests.
  • Dealing with Tax Advisors and other external consultants when necessary.
  • Cooperation with accounting office in Dublin.
  • Managing accounting team.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects as required.

Requirements

  • English at C1 level is a must
  • At least 5 years of experience in Accounting department and preferably at least 2 years in Chief
  • Accountant role (marketing / advertising industry would be an asset)
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Strong knowledge regarding tax regulations (including Withholding Tax) and standards of international accounting
  • Strong management and organization skills in building and controlling of external accounting offices
  • Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel
  • Proactive approach, accuracy, strong organizational skills, strategic thinking abilities
  • Good communication and team working, efficiency, innovation
