Job Description:

  • Revising and managing various types of agreements and terms and conditions for different transactions including but not limited to management agreements, lease agreements, sale and purchase agreements, non-disclosure agreements, partnership agreements, legal settlement agreements, and service agreements.
  • Drafting bilingual contracts, agreements any legal documents, etc....
  • Conducting legal research in different fields of the law and communicating with other functions to amend contracts and agreements.
  • Drafting legal opinions and legal research.
  • Following up on the changes in legislation and regulation related directly to the companys activity.
Filing and keeping the legal department documents (archive).

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Law (English section preferably ).
    • From 1 to 2 years of Experience.
    • Excellent command of reading, written, and spoken English.
    • Excellent negotiation and communications skills.
