JOB TITLE
Procurement Operations Specialist | MAF Global Solutions | Procurement

ROLE SUMMARY
Support Purchase Order operations across all operating countries and all Majid Al Futtaim Opertaing Companies. Support BPA and CPA creation across all operating countries and all Majid Al Futtaim Opertaing Companies.

ROLE PROFILE

• Delivery with the Operations Lead the Purchase Order operations strategy and budgets
• Review purchase requisitions and create Purchase Orders in line with the standard operating procedures.
• Work closely with operation lead on any system challenges and improving the process.
• Ensure processing Purchase Requests within the agreed Service Level Agreement
• Prepare periodic reports to procurement operations lead
• Handle some end users’ escalations and complains after aligning with the operation lead
• Handle urgent Purchase Orders and ensure timely action and respond
• Actively communicating with the stakeholders in the business and developing the review platforms to meet the Key Performance Indicator and Service Level Agreement Guarantees set

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement Operations
• System knowledge of Oracle, SAP or any other ERP
• Fluency in English and Arabic (Preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
