SUMMARY

full time Female Chef for a 41m private yacht which runs with 9 crew. Looking to start ASAP.

We are looking for someone with a sunny disposition, who is a good all-rounder. A chef who can deliver high quality and varied food for crew as well as turning out excellent food for the guests. The candidate should have excellent hygiene standards and be extremely organised. Someone who is able to think on their feet and be able to adapt to changing situations at a moment’s notice. Knowledge of or at least a keen interest in Italian and vegan food would be beneficial.

This can be a live on-board position, based in El Gouna Egypt. The crew live ashore when in El Gouna, Egypt accommodations supplied. When in El Gouna the yacht is more a day boat so to speak. The yacht’s itinerary is roughly 60 days summer in Mykonos and cruising around the Med.

The candidate may occasionally be asked to cook aboard other yachts within the fleet and occasionally in the owners’ residences, mainly London, Egypt and Mykonos.
