Customer Services (CS) covers customer service in different areas such as technical support, account support, operations, maintenance, network design / deployment / integration / transformation, and education. Generates revenue and the increase of customer satisfaction through planning, designing, deploying, integrating, optimising, operating, and maintaining phases.
Subfamily Description
NW Design & Optimisation (NWD) comprises the planning and / or managing the planning of communications networks for customers. Covers consultation of customers on communication network performance. Contains optimisation and / or managing of the optimisation of customer networks. Covers the execution of end-to-end design-related activities (address surveys, site surveys, design and as-built) for deployment projects.
- Works independently and effectively in his / her area of New Product Introduction ( run Product or Solution Demos, Lab Trials, Field Trials, support formal Homologations or Type Approvals by customer on our products or solutions, provides technical support during pilot introduction of new products in customer networks) for pre-sales activities or deployment projects by delivering his / her outcomes with the expected quality, timely and according to estimated cost/duration.X11
- Independently performs assignments with a broad guidelines and uses best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Transfer concepts for professional direction of own organizational unit into actionable measures.
- Prepares New Product Introduction related activities with substantial discretion and uses specialist knowledge, analytical skills, judgment and broad conceptual and practical experience to solve complex issues and to contribute to process improvements.
- Uses in-depth knowledge and uses understanding of related areas to achieve objectives
- May lead complex New Product Introduction activities from inception phase through execution and lesson learnt sharing.
As part of our team, you will:
- Perform OS/NMS installations, upgrades, migrations, and network transformations.
- Perform Lab testing, Field Trials, DryRun, Proof of Concepts, Preliminary Acceptance Tests, Customer Demos/Workshops.
- Define test cases based on customer specific scenarios and develop MOPs and test procedures.
- Extend and expand Nokia’s automation delivery footprint, also to develop scripts and tools to automate the manual and routine tasks.
- Perform extensive lab work, both in person and remotely.

Knowledge & Experience
Management experience / Achieved advanced skills and knowledge within a specific professional discipline involving the integration of theory and principles with organisational practices and precedents. Typically requires 4-6 years relevant experience and/or a graduate equivalent (or higher) degree.
You have:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience in Telecommunications engineering discipline.
- Demonstrable skill in scripting and programming languages: e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, and good knowledge in algorithms & Agile development processes and DevOps practices.
- Strong Linux/Unix shell networking knowledge, as well as, Cloud, Docker, OpenStack, Kubernetes, Databases, Containerized Applications, Microservices, etc.
- Willingness and desire to do hands-on lab work, and are careful and thorough, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work via own initiative, you have to be self-motivated with flexible, positive, and creative attitude. Also, you should have a strong communication, documentation, collaboration, and interpersonal & Team Skills.
