If you are planning the next phase of your professional journey in supply chain and have a passion to learn Amazon network designing process and customer order journey, you are the right fit to join Fulfillment and Accleration (F&A) Team. In this role, the candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, deep-dive and written/verbal communication skills along with preferred experience in managing transportation function in retail domain.

Key job responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for: -
  • Managing daily Stuck orders in the network and liasing with FC Ops POCs to resolve the same.
  • Working on Transportation configurations (NDC ), Fulfillment experience (FX) across across all emerging markets. It includes managing OB configurations for new nodes, guiding ECCF team on network design changes, do order testing and ensure smooth node/service launch.
  • Working with cross functional/cross country teams spanning finance, operations, 3PL, tech to set up the processes for maintaining the Configurations as well in driving improvements in existing fulfillment.
  • Being an SME for FX configurations and ATROPS

  • Ability to understand and work with data to own and follow through on issues.
  • Minimum 1 yr experience in supply chain/Operations function
