Overview of the role
The Online Marketing Managers primary purpose is to lead the creation and execution of effective online marketing strategies using digital tools to boost brand visibility and drive sales. This role involves close collaboration with the digitalization team to identify, evaluate, and develop digital tools tailored to marketing needs. It serves as a critical link between the marketing and digitalization teams, ensuring smooth communication and cooperation during tool development. Additionally, the role includes managing content across various online channels to promote real estate offerings and maintain brand consistency.
What you will do
- Devise strategies/campaigns to drive online traffic to the websites.
- Oversee the social media strategy for the group in all regions.
- Overseeing and deliver an effective content marketing strategy, securing feedback, endorsement, and support from key stakeholders, tailored to customers, brand and key themes.
- Deliver effective SEO and SEM marketing plans for all project assets, based on revenue targets.
- Generate online sales leads utilizing various digital channels such as social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing to attract, engage, and convert potential customers.
- Leveraging data, analytics, and creativity to optimize campaigns and drive measurable results.
- Manage the content of Real Estate’ existing digital inventory/digital services which includes Mobile Applications, On-Ground Digital Network, Data Ecosystem, software/ hardware, etc.
- Lead the development, adoption, and stewardship of social media both within the marketing team and across assets. Based on the overall social media setup and governance structure by the digitalisation team.
- Provide consultation to key stakeholders in the creation of innovative content plans to engage audiences in a social media space.
- Install and oversee social metrics to provide insight into social and content performance as well as brand empathy.
- Utilising a range of techniques including paid search and social media, SEO and PPC in alignment with the SEO strategy.
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
- Enhance analytic tools use and understanding, placing metrics at the heart of everything we do across digital.
- Managing content and provide input on front end design of the website and bring enhancements to the marketing-focussed digital landscape through the digitalisation tean. Oversee digital campaign plans to ensure they are innovative, brand led and effective.
Required Skills to be successful
- Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant work experience in leading various aspects of digital marketing.
- Previous experience with media agency business with at least 3 years experience and a solid understanding of digital advertising (preferably real estate marketing or marketing agency background)
- Highly analytical, data-driven, extremely agile, and with a relentless passion and drive to grow and transform quickly
- Experience with social media networking and advertising.
