Your Mission

You are required to oversee accounting operations, ensuring compliance, reconciling financial records, and supporting audits. Additionally, the role requires handling month-end tasks, analyzing financial statements, scrutinizing supplier payments, assisting with reporting, and aligning with new SE online finance tools.

Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!

• Oversee local accounting operations to ensure that all activities are carried out on time.

• Scrutinize weekly/monthly supplier payments.

• Handle month-end activities like accruals, prepayments, and provisions.

• Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

• Reconcile local statutory and IFRS.

• Technically update with IFRs

• Manage monthly SAP period opening and closure as per the corporate closing calendar.

• Provide support to external and internal audits.

• Guarantee compliance with SE rules and procedures.

• Maintain all entry postings with SAP posting rules.

• Align with Schneider New Finance Tools.

• Offer the necessary analysis for balance sheets and income statements.

• Support tax authorities during tax inspections.

About You

• The applicant must possess a bachelor’s degree in accountancy.

• The applicant must have 2 - 5 years of experience in accounting.

• The ideal candidate should have exceptional analytical skills.

• The ideal candidate should pay close attention to detail.

• The ideal candidate should have proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, is desirable.

• Fluency in English is a must.
