As a Senior Consultant, you are a subject expert in our Service Management practice, bringing forward thinking, pragmatic and sustainable solutions to help our clients imagine, deliver and run a modern enterprise.

• Your role will involve delivery across client projects within our ServiceNow project portfolio, mapping in-depth technical specifications against the plan, delivering quality solutions.
• The role will require technical troubleshooting and solutioning to client queries.
• Key is supporting the creation of innovative digital offers as complete enterprise solutions.
• The role will also include some initial elements of sales including, but not limited to, creating client proposals, RFPs, and contracts, creating market points of view, building internal and external relationships.
• No two days are ever the same but expect each day to be highly dynamic, collaborative and engaging as you help build our out team and advise our clients make their worlds of work, work better.
• You will support implementation programs for complex enterprise scale solutions coaching our team and providing guidance to our clients.
• Working with our Senior Managers, Managers and Partners you will be part of our growing ServiceNow business as a delivery leader.

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree (preferably a Masters degree) in Business Informatics, Information Systems or Computer Science
• 6+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in Web development languages, specifically JavaScript and/or XML
• Experience with OOP development on SAAS applications
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Understanding and willingness to participate in the full software development life cycle: analysis, design, coding, testing and promotion into production
• Developing, designing, configuring and rollout of new application modules, workflows, and catalog requests.
• Experience identifying and resolving potential trade-offs or conflicts among technical solutions options, and ability to align this with business outcomes or impacts
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly translate theoretical concepts into practical outcomes that deliver business value
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Ability work independently and manage multiple task assignments

Preferably, you should have

• Minimum 2 years of experience with ServiceNow implementation, especially in IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, IT Business Management or IT Operations Management
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
• Certifications in IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, IT Business Management, IT Operations Management and ITIL
• Certified ITIL V3 practitioner
• Experience with Agile methodology with on-shore and off-shore development models
