Job Purpose:

  • Ensure that all products are produced on a timely fashion and are of good quality
  • Handle all production issues that might disrupt the production process

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Study the production plan and prepare requirements related to it
    Apply and follow up the production plan to achieve maximum productivityImplement plans and actions to achieve quality targets
  • Handle production line stoppage and follow up on any complications that might arise and take the adequate actions in order to prevent any stoppage
    • Recommend and solve any accidental or frequent production problems or any bottleneckEnsure that the manufacturing process operates as smoothly as possible
  • Ensure that the production is cost effective
    • Monitor the production processes and adjust the schedules as neededFulfill any additional tasks as per job need

Job Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Experience in reading technical drawings
    • Ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of manufacturing concepts
  • Ability to grasp modern technology quickly
