As a Senior Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, leading field service projects, and ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions. Your leadership skills, technical knowledge, and commitment to customer satisfaction will be crucial in driving the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business.

You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and youll work out of our location on a work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers
• Lead and execute field service projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
• Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in field service engineering or related roles
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team
• Strong technical background in engineering, preferably in [specific field]
• Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and achieving business targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Strategic mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions

Honeywell EBI, DVM , Access control , BMS, Fire , CCTV solid knowledge .

• Advanced degree such as a Masters degree or MBA is preferred
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Proven ability to drive change and lead organizational transformation

• Strategic thinking and ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
