Senior Business Analyst - Remote

700Apps is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst you will be responsible for the analysis and documentation of business requirements for our software development projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders from different departments, including project managers, developers, and clients, to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements. You will also be involved in process improvement initiatives and ensure that best practices are followed in the business analysis process.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business requirements
• Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of business requirements, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Ensure that business requirements are aligned with project objectives and stakeholder expectations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices in business analysis
• Conduct quality assurance activities, including reviewing and validating business requirements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field.
• +5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on governmental projects are mandatory (Saudi Gov. is a privilege).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experienced in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
