Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retention Agent (English Call Center Account) located in Cairo, Egypt. The Retention Agent will be responsible for resolving customer issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and promoting retention and loyalty strategies. The agent will be responsible for handling customer calls and online interactions.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Experience in maintaining customer satisfaction
- Interpersonal Skills
- Computer Literacy
- Experience in call center environments is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Arabic
- Bachelors degree in any field or equivalent work experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From E£8,500.00 per month
