Specific Accountabilities:

• Managing the bank’s overall cash flow in local and foreign currencies by Dealing in local and international markets to secure best pricing and optimize profitability.
• Managing CBE reserve ratio, liquidity, and concentration ratios actual and forecasts to take the proper action to be taken and proactively mitigating risks, in accordance with CBE regulations & the bank’s internal procedures, policies and limits.
• Provide quotations to internal and external clients to ensure enhanced volumes and profitability.
• Creates and updates internal and external reports in line with regulations and internal requirements.
• Monitoring the performance of the Balance Sheet and The Bank’s liquidity to ensure that the assets and liabilities are properly aligned to mitigate risks and optimize profitability.
• Reviewing, pricing, and recommending special rates on customer deposits as per the authorization matrix and ensure all follow up actions and conditional special rates are executed in due course

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)
• ACI Dealing Certificate - CFA (Preferably)

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of dealing techniques and practices
• Knowledge of compliance and risk management

Experience:

• 0-3 years banking sector experience
• Experience of reporting and settlements
