As the local HR Services ambassador, youll embody the essence of our services in the community, fostering positive relationships with both clients and workers. This role may extend to other countries based on business requirements, offering a unique opportunity to influence and enhance our global HR services.   • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all GEO workers by engagement in all steps of the onboarding process & attentive contact with the worker.
  • Ensure the development and maintenance of comprehensive contracts, adhering to legal compliance.
2. Worker & Client Satisfaction and Progression:
  • Thoughtfully analyze feedback surveys, utilizing the gathered information to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of active engagement with workers & clients, valuing their input and insights.
3. Offboarding Management:
  • Minimize offboarding risks through effective management of both voluntary and involuntary worker exits, including retirements.
  • Ensure positive offboarding experiences for workers and clients by proactively providing clear and timely information to international clients from the start.
4. Market Competitiveness:
  • Proactively enhance the local markets competitiveness and appeal to workers by providing guidance on benefits and other local considerations.
  • Identify and address gaps in processes, recommending changes to enhance competitiveness and mitigate risks.
5. Service Quality and Compliance:
  • Ensure high-quality service and advice within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Take complete ownership of local market processes and results.
  • Apply and update HR policies, procedures, and work conditions as needed, ensuring communication and compliance.
6. Payroll Support:
  • Manage supplementary payroll tasks alongside other responsibilities, actively assisting the Payroll team from a local perspective.
7. Project Management:
  • Manage complex HR projects and issues, including Performance Management, terminations, and transfer of employment.
  • Participate in different projects as assigned by the immediate line manager.
8. Continuous Improvement:
  • Proactively identify gaps in processes and recommend/implement changes to mitigate risks.
  • Support the team and line management with regular updates on employment law.
9. Communication and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with and support local sales and cross-functional teams, providing insights and guidance from the local market perspective.
  • Engage in seamless collaboration with global teams on various projects and initiatives, contributing valuable local expertise for successful outcomes.

What will make you stand out:
  • 5-6 years local Labor Law Experience
  • HR or related field education, university preferred
  • Confident and fully autonomous in broad HR aspects
  • Fluent in local language & English is essential
  • Problem-Solving & deadline oriented.
