Inbound Logistics and Warehousing Coordinator

Job Purpose: Handling the local inbound logistics to make sure operations flow smoothly starting from the shipment of SKUs until they reach the warehouse as well as managing customs clearance operations for the related shipments. Job Related Experience:

• Manage all inbound operations for any shipments to 3PL WH.
• Supervise receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
• Managing logistics of site pickups efficiently.
• Support commercial team for executing repacking of promotions in time efficient manner.
• Raise POs to match vendor invoices.
• Ensure New product launch logistics and shipping arrangements.
• Creating forms needed for imported shipments.
• Managing and tracking invoices of related vendors.
• Following up with relevant stakeholders as a business owner to ensure flow of operations.
• Ensure all quality standards are met according to Haleon standards and policies.

Why you? Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Business ,Pharmaceutical studies ,Engineering

• 0 to 2 years of relevant working experience
• Need an initial understanding for corporates ways of work
• Supply Chain certification (APICS/CIPS), Six Sigma Certification, SAP knowledge is a plus
