We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Administration Officer to join our team at Green Fern Landscaping, a leading landscape construction company in Australia.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, including invoicing, following up on overdue payments, data entry, financial spreadsheet modelling, accounts reconciliation, communicating with suppliers and customer inquiries, and reviewing and completing construction documents, such as work health and safety documents and contracts.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately process invoices and follow up on overdue payments, ensuring timely collection of receivables.

- Maintain comprehensive financial records and reconcile accounts with meticulous attention to detail.

- Efficiently manage data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency across various systems.

- Respond promptly to the project teams, suppliers and customer inquiries via email, providing exceptional customer service.

- Review and complete construction documents, such as work health and safety documents, and contracts, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

- Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and procedures within the construction industry.

Requirements

- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, with a strong background in financial administration and document management.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data and written information.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software is an advantage.

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to decipher and respond to complex information.
