Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective Fleet utilization to optimize delivery schedules and maximize overall operations efficiency.
Coordinate with Trucking vendors and various Departments within TM to confirm trucks availability and discuss daily trucking orders.
Accept and receive daily trucking orders and maintain accurate records of transportation activities.
Provide selling rates internally to TM Sales Team.
Work diligently to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate closely with customer service teams to guarantee the fulfillment of customer requirements and expectations, and to resolve any issues related to trucking operations.
Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in trucking or transportation planning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with the ability to collaborate with different departments.
