Overview: PSC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Consultant to join our growing team. As a GRC Consultant at PSC, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our clients in managing their governance, risk, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GRC, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments of clients current GRC processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement GRC strategies and solutions based on industry best practices
  • Assist clients in implementing GRC frameworks and processes, including risk management, compliance, and internal controls
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on GRC best practices and compliance requirements
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients in maintaining their GRC processes
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to GRC and advise clients accordingly
  • Collaborate with other consultants and teams within PSC to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients and senior management
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in GRC consulting or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of GRC frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and HIPAA
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk management strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Professional certifications in GRC, such as CGEIT, CRISC, or CISA, are preferred
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
