Monitor financial transactional based cards spend on 24x7 as per bank procedures to identify any unregular card’s behavior or high-risk transactions and take the needed action in accordance with the agreed controls
Resolve queued transactions within the service level agreements to reduce expected losses by execute the appropriate action as per the fraud unit process.
Contacting cardholders regarding the suspicious activities on their card to verify the validity of the suspected transactions in order to take necessary actions as per bank procedures in accordance with agreed controls and TAT’s
Follow the proper channel of escalation and ensure that all critical issues are timely reported to guarantee the rapid fix to avoid any customer financial loses
Conducting the review of all triggered alerts based on the pre-defined rules in the fraud detection tool.
Investigate and Monitor Fraud Alerts received from service providers to take the appropriate action to prevent any possible losses
Blocking of cards for suspicious activity compromised or misused after Determining the existing fraud trends and analyzing transaction patterns.
Prepare monthly, quarterly reports covering fraud metrics, fraud strategy performance and trends analysis.
Research and resolve both internal and external inquiries pertaining to card activity, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to maintain customer satisfaction and trust.
