Job Overview
Provides design and deliver architectural solutions. Responsible for solution tuning and optimization. Develop technical relationship with end users and business clients. Mentor junior members of the team.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team
- Perform daily meetings with the team
- Ensure teams knowledge is up-to-date
- Assist in applications building
- Conduct code reviews
- Writing technical documentation
- Building applications architecture
- Responsible for DevOps and app stores publishing operations
- Take ownership of all code repositories
- Taking responsibility on our hosting environments
- Ensuring quality and security standards are applied
- Communicate with global teams on applying IQVIA best practices
- Act as main link between PMs and the development team
- Ensure applying of database best practices.
- Bachelors Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in software industry
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in MERN Stack development
- Hands-on programming skills (back-end, front-end, database, application build).
- Good database knowledge preferably in SQL Server, My SQL and MongoDB
- Experience with mobile applications building using MERN Stack
- Good communication skills
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to write technical documentation
