We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a customer delivery Associate PM....

Role Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a customer delivery Associate PM. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager or Programme Manager to ensure the successful delivery of projects for our customers. You will be responsible for creating project plans, tracking progress, maintaining risk and issue registers, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Support the project manager in creating and tracking project plans.
2.Maintain risk and issue register, implementing mitigation strategies.
3.Build effective relationships with key stakeholders.
4.Drive delivery teams to achieve target dates for the Customer.
5.Proactively resolve challenges or escalate for support where required.

Key performance indicators:

1.Deliver areas of responsibility within agreed time, cost, and quality plans
2.Alignment to Governance & Methodology - Ensure work packages are delivered in accordance with Vodafone Project management methodology.
3.Stakeholders’ management excellence

Qualifications and Experience:

1.PRINCE2 foundation certification (Good to have)
2.Strong skills in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
3.Experience working in a customer-focused environment and Project Management environment.
4.Self-motivated with excellent planning & organizational skills
