Senior Manager, Finance - North Africa

A successful Finance Sr Manager is one who can create and execute a strong finance strategy within the North Africa Franchise to drive growth and profitability.

What You will Do:

• Support the Franchise Senior Finance Director and the Regions Operations Finance Directors in Managing the Franchise P&L, including managing the risks & opportunities
• Partner with the Regions GMs, Franchise Senior Leaders, Franchise Operations Finance Director, and Africa OU finance community to support Franchise operations in North Africa to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, and to develop the key insights needed to inform strategic priorities, including:
  • Manage Franchises and Bottling Partners relationship models
  • Prepare & support internal stakeholders on on-going negotiations
  • Manage Quantitative and qualitative local Bottler information
  • Assess Financial implications and models and optimization of system economics
  • Manage various ad-hoc strategic financial analysis and projects

• Manage all Business Models and Margins within the Franchise, including:
  • Execution of business models optimization and system top line growth
  • Support complex negotiation processes at Franchise and local levels
  • Develop, implement Margin optimization strategy across the entire value chain
  • Ensure Financial discipline as part of the decision making process
  • Support the financial implementation of new business models at local level
  • Support Financially all RGM initiatives deployment at local level
  • Provide Financial input into new product development process
• Analyze and Support Working Capital and Cash Management at local level

Role Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields
• 8 years of relevant experience in financial planning and/or commercial finance roles
• Leadership and management experience, as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels
• Highly analytical and detail oriented
• Self-starter with ability to develop new ideas and deliver solutions
• Fluent in English; Arabic and French languages can be considered as an advantage

Travel requirements: 25% of travel required
