  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English.
  • Have professional experience of working on windows applications / Microsoft Office /Internet.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Acting as single point of contact for NCR customers with Incident Management Services.
  • Monitoring team performance, “dispatching and following up” during the shift, 24*7.
  • Shift covering in case of shortage or outage.
  • Escalating customer problems both internally and externally, when required, according to defined escalation paths.
  • First level of escalation handling.
  • Communicating effectively with team members, ensuring the delivery of business information.
  • Ensuring that all team members comply with shift allocations and scheduled activities, enabling the achievement of MSO targets.
  • Supporting team members in the improvement of their skills and abilities.
  • Conducting side-by-side coaching in order to ensure that key business targets are being achieved by all group members.
  • Responsible for overall IM system implementation and management.
