Senior Strategy & Innovation Consultant
to lead high-impact projects with government and private sector clients.

You'll lead and deliver strategic consulting projects that drive innovation, transformation, and human-centered impact, including:

  • Business strategy, growth strategy, and market analysis
  • Corporate innovation, design thinking, and new product development
  • People & Culture initiatives (mission & values design, culture building, employee engagement)
  • Leading proposals and delivering results for demanding clients

Your responsibilities will cover:

  • Project Delivery & Consulting (70%)
    – Driving and implementing strategies and initiatives
  • Project Management (20%)
    – Defining tasks, resources, risks, and timelines
  • Stakeholder Management (10%)
    – Building trusted relationships with clients, aligning expectations, and ensuring consistent communication

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of work experience, with
    3+ years in consulting services
    (client-facing)
  • Strong experience in
    strategy, innovation, or people & culture consulting
  • Proven track record of delivering
    full strategy frameworks, roadmaps, and implementation plans
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Innovation, Public Policy, or related field (MBA is a plus)
