Job Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily construction activities
    and ensure compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.
  2. Manage and coordinate with contractors and suppliers
    to ensure adherence to timelines and required quality standards.
  3. Review and approve quantity take-offs and contractors' invoices
    (interim and final).
  4. Coordinate between various disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical)
    to avoid conflicts during execution.
  5. Prepare regular progress reports
    and highlight any technical issues affecting execution.
  6. Attend coordination meetings
    with contractors and consultants and follow up on action items.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
    on site in collaboration with the HSE team.
  8. Escalate technical or administrative issues
    that may hinder progress and propose appropriate solutions.
  9. Monitor project schedules
    and identify any delays with corrective action plans.
  10. Review and approve material submittals
    and verify compliance with approved specifications before delivery.

Job specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
  • 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in construction site supervision and contractor coordination.
  • Proven experience in managing mid-sized to large-scale construction projects (residential, commercial, or infrastructure).
  • Previous involvement in contractor evaluation, technical meetings, and site inspections.
