Preference shall be given to a qualified candidate with hands-on experience on urban design and master planning on projects of varying complexity.

Responsibilities:

  • Masterplan concept design review for Validation and schematic stage as regulations.
  • Ability to prepare Ministerial decree and be aware of regulations updates.
  • Prepare Master Plan urban package coordinated with all departments.
  • Cooperate with colleagues on a range of urban design related and multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Apply best urban design practices in order to deliver successful schemes.
  • Propose design options/ solutions to problems.
  • Prepare presentations and participate in client and project meetings.
  • Ensure that quality of deliverables meet client expectations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in urban design, urban planning landscape architecture
  • Min. 8 years of experience in urban design, urban planning and master planning
  • Proficiency Design software (AUTO CAD, CIVIL 3D, Photo shop, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), MS office, Sketch up, Revit.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Portfolio or portfolio link is a must.

Work Environment:

Working hours: 8:00 to17:00

Days off: Friday and Saturday

Location: 1st Settlement- New Cairo
