Were seeking driven and results-oriented individuals to join our team as a WFH BDR. If you have a proven track record of success in lead generation and sales, especially with high-ticket packages and high-level clients, we want to hear from you!
What Youll Mainly Be Doing:
- Identifying and researching potential clients: job boards and online platforms to find potential leads.
- Lead generation and qualification: Conducting cold outreach campaigns (primarily via LinkedIn) to connect with decision-makers.
- CRM management: Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in closing high-ticket deals.
- Experience in dealing with high ticket packages.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred).
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other social media outreach tools.
- Experience with SaaS and Selling or Implementing Microsoft 365 solutions is a MUST.
