A Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual concepts, designs, and layouts that effectively communicate a message, brand identity company profile, or idea. Working across various mediums, including print, digital, and multimedia, to produce creative materials such as logos, advertisements, websites, brochures, social media content, and more. Graphic designers collaborate closely with marketing team and other creatives to ensure that designs align with the goals and objectives of a project. Furthermore, a senior graphic designer must lead junior graphic designers.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Creating Visual Concepts: Designing layouts, logos, brochures, advertisements, and other visual materials that communicate a message or idea effectively.

· Brand Identity Development: Developing and maintaining brand guidelines and visual identity systems to ensure consistency across various platforms.

· Design Software Proficiency: Using design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and modify visuals.

· Collaboration: Working with the marketing team and other designers to develop creative solutions that meet project requirements.

· Presentation of Design Concepts: Presenting design ideas to team members, often adjusting designs based on feedback.

· Keeping Up with Trends: staying updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and software to maintain a fresh and modern aesthetic.

Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree in mass communication or a related field.

· Minimum of 3 year work experience.

Skills:

· Photoshop/Canva/Adobe Suite

· Organized and able to meet deadlines

· Creative
