Digital User Experience Improvemnet (UX)

• Evaluate and enhance the digital user experience across various platforms and products.
• Conduct comprehensive user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
• Analyze user behavior data and feedback to inform design decisions and prioritize enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to implement user-centered design solutions.
• Create user journey maps, personas, and wireframes to visualize user interactions and improve overall experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user experience design and usability.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to ideate and develop innovative solutions.
• Provide actionable recommendations and guidelines for enhancing user experience across digital touchpoints.
• Participate in iterative design processes, conducting A/B testing to validate proposed improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in user experience design, research, or a related field.
• Proficiency in UX research methodologies, including usability testing and user interviews.
• Strong skills in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation to inform design decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to advocate for user needs.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
