• Media Buying & Budget Optimization: Oversee campaign budgets, track performance, and continuously optimize for maximum ROI.
  
  
• Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Develop smart targeting strategies using analytics and data to reach the right audience every time.
  
  
• Performance Optimization: Execute A/B testing, keyword analysis, creative testing, and bid adjustments to enhance performance.
  
  
• Analytics & Reporting: Leverage tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to produce detailed reports and actionable recommendations.
  
  
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner remotely with creative, content, and SEO teams to align messaging and strategy across all digital channels.
  
  
• E-Commerce Strategy Integration: Use your knowledge of platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento to build campaigns that convert visitors into loyal customers.
  
  
• SEO Collaboration: Ensure synergy between paid and organic strategies to support both short-term conversions and long-term growth.
  
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of proven experience in media buying and digital advertising across multiple platforms.
  
  
• Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  
  
• E-commerce expertise, you understand online customer journeys and how to drive conversions.
  
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and decisions.
  
  
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
  
  
• Experience collaborating remotely with creative, SEO, and content teams.
  
  
• Self-motivation and accountability, you thrive working independently in a results-driven environment.
  
  
• Adaptability to stay ahead in a fast-paced, ever-changing digital landscape.
