Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The E-commerce Specialist will manage the day-to-day operations of the online store. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, optimizing product listings, analyzing sales data, managing customer service interactions, and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales. The role requires close collaboration with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical and E-Commerce skills
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Relevant experience in the video game industry is a plus
