Job description
We are looking for a Marketing Operator to join our team remotely from Egypt. The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, implement effective marketing strategies, manage client relationships, and provide system support. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to marketing execution and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis & Strategy Implementation
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and business opportunities.
- Develop and execute marketing plans based on market insights and business objectives.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Client Management & Support
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and system-related assistance.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer retention.
Marketing Operations & Execution
- Assist in creating and managing marketing content across different platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements:
