- Coordinate and execute the HR operational activities to ensure effective day-to-day tasks & service delivery
- Complete all assigned tickets within the guidelines and SLAs (hiring, transfers, promotions, salary increase, award payments, exits, HR letters, contract renewals, end of probation) while ensuring completeness of the workflow documents and manuals.
- Serve as the point of contact for all employees related to personnel administration topics.
- Automate manual process steps and implement successful continuous improvement projects.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any relevant study
- 1- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient knowledge of MS office (Word and PowerPoint) and preferable expert in Excel (VLookup and Pivot tables)
- Workday experience is a must
- Detail oriented person committed to maintaining high quality standards and punctuality
- Interest in project management.
- Fluent & proficient English Speaker.
- Passionate about leveraging automation and digital technologies to drive innovation and efficiency
