Telemarketing represntative

Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of its clients, a lead company in the IT services field.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
• Effectively communicate the benefits and features of products to generate interest and sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and courteous interactions.

Sales and Lead Conversion:

• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on the companys products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Customer Support:

• Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales or call center roles is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle customer objections professionally.
• Target-driven with strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and call center tools is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
