Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.

Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages, and courier services.

Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges in compliance with company security protocols.

Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.

1-3 years of proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a corporate or automotive environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
