We are looking for an HR Marketing Manager to join our Trevolution team within Dyninno Group travel division.

Trevolution is a global leader in air ticketing and travel services, serving retail and corporate clients in 50+ markets. As the HR Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving our sourcing strategies, market analysis, and recruitment marketing efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Optimize Sourcing Channels - Manage and enhance recruitment campaigns across job boards, social media, referral programs, career fairs, and walk-in events.
  • Market Intelligence - Analyze competitors hiring processes, salaries, and job promotion activities to keep us ahead in the talent market.
  • Target Audience Research - Conduct research to identify key characteristics, preferences, and behaviors of our ideal candidate audiences, including their preferred communication channels, motivators, and job search habits.
  • Best Employee Profile Development - Collaborate with HR and team leads to analyze top-performing employees, identify common traits and success factors, and build detailed talent personas to guide marketing strategies.
  • Content Alignment & Messaging Optimization - Ensure all job postings, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding materials are aligned with the insights gathered from audience and employee research. Tailor messaging to reflect the values, interests, and goals of target candidates.
  • HR Marketing Analytics - Track and optimize key metrics like leads, conversions, and cost per hire to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate for Success - Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Sales, and Marketing teams to create effective employer branding and recruitment strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in HR marketing, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction.
