The position As a Legal, Ethics, and Compliance Manager, you will be the subject matter expert and sparring partner to Affiliate and Obesity Business Unit management, ensuring holistic (multi-disciplinary) obesity initiative and issue ownership. Main Accountabilities:

• Manage legal documents and contracts related to Obesity Business Unit

• Support Legal, Ethics, and Compliance function on general legal and compliance tasks

• Proactively drive risk management processes related to obesity initiatives in the Affiliate, and implement adequate mitigating actions

• Help drive ethical mindset by supporting in creating engagement and initiatives around ethics

Qualifications As our Legal, Ethics, and Compliance Manager, you need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate legal or compliance position within a multinational organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• A Bachelors degree in Law; a Masters degree in Law is preferable

• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must

• Strong business partnering mindset and approach

• Experience in compliance or any other relevant experiences like FMCG can be considered

• Demonstrated ability to build and manage rapport with stakeholders at various organizational levels and solve complex problems involving multiple parties

• Experience navigating internal dynamics, such as working in a global matrix environment
