Intelcia Egypt is seeking skilled and motivated Recruitment Specialists to support our mass hiring efforts for Customer Service roles. If you have a passion for people, recruitment, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment, wed like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume customer service roles.
  • Conduct proactive sourcing using various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and events.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to align hiring needs and recruitment plans.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Participate in initiatives to support talent pipeline and employer branding.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in mass hiring, preferably in the BPO or customer service sector.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital recruitment tools.
