Role Overview:
Within Orange Business Services CIO, the ServiceNOW (development) Team lead manage a transversal SW developer, across multiple SNOW platforms and projects hosted at ServiceNow cloud, which is used for highly customized customers, large & complex deals to provide an innovative ITSM, CSM, TSM & ordering solutions. This SW lead will be working across OB to set the best practice, and modular way of development on SNOW PF and integrating with customers and OB eco systems, this practice should be used by GDO & IB in customizable way to serve our customers needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and build the needed SW development practice to allow different development team to work on same platform.
- Responsible to participate with Technical Architects and Developers on enhancement/change request to understand better the business and technical requirements.
- Code review, to make sure it is following the development standards and design patterns.
- Act pro-actively to prevent/reduce future bugs/defects.
- Provide effective reporting on team productivity and metrics on a periodic basis.
- To lead and manage a team of software developers, supporting them in building industry

Votre profil- A bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or a related field).
- 10+ years of SW development.
- 2+ years of experience in a multinational environment.
- 3+ years of management
- Excellent knowledge in Java, JavaScript, (or C++), APIs and Web Services concepts (REST, SOAP), Database Management, Design, and SQL.
- ServiceNow is a plus
- A senior level software developer with strong and successful technical lead experience
- Experience of leading a team of developers
- Advanced level (knowledge and experience) of programming languages and methodologies
- Experience of managing, directing and motivating staff to deliver projects with stretching
Scope and objectives
- Highly numerate and literate, with the ability to produce top quality written specifications
