Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

1-Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.

2-Develop and execute onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.

3-Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

1-Drive initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

2-Organize company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.

3-Conduct employee feedback surveys and implement improvements based on insights.

HR Operations & Compliance:

1-Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

2-Assist in benefits administration, and leave management.

3-Support performance management processes, including goal setting and appraisals.

Learning & Development:

1-Coordinate training programs and career development opportunities.

2-Support leadership development initiatives to enhance managerial capabilities.

3-Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Investigation Processes

1-Handle employee relations issues, including conducting thorough investigations into workplace complaints (e.g., harassment, discrimination, misconduct).

2-Maintain confidentiality and ensure investigations are handled with fairness and in compliance with legal and company policies.

3-Prepare reports on the findings of investigations and recommend corrective actions or disciplinary measures as needed.

4-Collaborate with management to ensure proper resolution and follow-up on investigation outcomes.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of HR or People & Culture experience.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
• Experience with handling sensitive investigations and employee relations issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
