- Ensures supply continuity and manages all critical shortages and FMs avoiding out of stocks and impact on NES.
- Optimizes (together with SC) the e2e value chain demand-to-supply to improve supplier service and quality level, and Raws/packs inventory.
- Manages together with the team all operational standard processes with the target to enable, secure, improve and verify supply.
- Collaborates with the regional stakeholders (SC, CT, R&D).
- Executes of assigned procurement projects within Henkel Egypt.
- Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and E-procurement processes.
- Solid experience in supply chain and procurement operations, ideally within shared service centers.
- Background in manufacturing with a focus on process improvement and cost efficiency.
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence and resolve procurement-related issues.
- Familiarity with BPO environments and global sourcing practices.
- Experience in supplier quality management and performance optimization.
