About the Job

Were hiring an Account Receivables and Collections Accountant to manage billing, cash receipts, collections, and AR records. If you have 4-5 years of experience, strong bookkeeping skills, and are detail-oriented, wed love to hear from you. Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus. Join our team and help drive financial accuracy and client success.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform general bookkeeping and billing duties.
• Record cash receipts and handle special billing situations.
• Follow up with past-due accounts and manage collections.
• Communicate with clients to strengthen relationships and resolve overdue accounts.
• Address billing and collections inquiries professionally.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records, ensuring aging reports are up to date, collections are correctly applied, and uncollectible amounts are accounted for.
• Prepare and organize VAT (Tax return) documents.
• Gather, verify, and document invoices properly.
• Generate and deliver monthly AR aging reports.

Requirements

Required Skills & Abilities:

Strong understanding of finance, accounting principles, and bookkeeping.

Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP, is a plus.

Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.

4-5 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable and collections.
